Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red beets diced, raw
  • 1 cup strawberries cut in half
  • 1/2 cup apples unpeeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 each fresh basil

Instructions

  • Peel and dice raw beets. Place beets, strawberries, apples with peel, water and ice cubes into a blender and puree until smooth. Add the basil leaves and pulse a few times to blend.
