Ingredients

  • 2 bags green tea
  • 1 cup water cold
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt fat free plain
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Brew the green tea by bringing cold water to a boil and steeping the tea for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and chill the tea.
  • In a blender, combine blueberries, strawberries, chilled green tea, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
