Ingredients

  • 2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 each fresh garlic peeled
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 8 tsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin, tahini, lemon, garlic, salt, and spices into food processor. Run processor and stream in olive oil, a small amount at a time until dip is smooth.
  • Once blended, remove from food processor and place into a serving vessel.
    Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
