Ingredients

  • 4 each nectarines medium
  • 2 cup green beans French
  • 1/4 cup scallions sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts shelled

Instructions

  • Wash and dry nectarines and green beans. Cut the ends off of the green beans.
  • Cut the nectarines in half- remove the pit/seed. Next slice the nectarine into bite sized slices. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Chef Tips

4 sliced nectarines = 2 cups sliced.
If the size is small adjust to 2 cups of sliced nectarines.
