Ingredients

  • 1 each green apple matchstick cut
  • 1 each head bibb lettuce
  • 6 cups spring mix
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 6 oz garlic herb boursin cheese
  • 6 floz balsamic dressing

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all produce.
  • In a bowl toss together all ingredients until well combined. Toss with dressing or serve dressing on the side.
