Instructions
Place the cherries in a wide mouthed mason jar. Bring red wine vinegar, black cherry juice, honey, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, sea salt and cardamom pods to a boil in a stainless steel pan. Pour the mixture over the cherries. Seal and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Enjoy on salads, cheese platters, or your favorite mocktail!
